Materials HandlerThe Materials Handler unloads and receives inbound shipments, working with operations and manufacturing teams to support the routine operation and organization of the facilities.ResponsibilitiesReceive and store materials and equipment.Perform routine receiving activities for supplies and equipment arriving to the site, including materials receipt, and stocking; properly picking of process orders for ManufacturingOperate manual and electric pallet jacks and other handling equipmentLoad and unload products and materialsPick and pack orders for shippingKeep records of received, stored, and distributed materialsMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organizationEnsure safe handling of materials and products.Picking process orders for manufacturing.Cycle countingSafetyQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent.Due to the nature of the work and compliance with safety protocols/regulations, fluency in English (reading and writing) is required.Able to work the hours of 8:00-4:30.Physical endurance (standing, walking, lifting);Ability to work nonstandard hours;Detail-oriented and capable of following extensive instructions;Inclination toward working as part of a teamFamiliarity with computers and data-entry software, SAP or Oracle preferred.Warehouse and Manufacturing environment
