Material Handler IILocation: Indianapolis, IN.Shift: 1st Shift: 5:30am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday ($18.50/hr)2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday through Friday ($20.35/hr)3rd Shift: 9:15pm to 6:00am Sunday through Thursday ($21.09/hr)Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including weighing, labeling, and documentation.Stock and distribute materials to inventory and production areas.Perform cycle counts and inventory tracking activities.Support kitting and assembly preparation as needed.Operate forklifts and material handling equipment when required.Use inventory management systems and RF scanners to track materials.Follow GMP, ISO 9001, and company safety procedures.Assist with shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse operations.Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 standards.Experience using SAP or other inventory management systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to perform basic math calculations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Preferred SkillsShipping and Receiving Clerk experience.Material Handler or Warehouse Specialist experience.Forklift operation experience.RF scanner and inventory management experience.Data entry and record-keeping skills.Strong organization and attention to detail.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.58 - $25.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
