The MH II will operate DC equipment, materials, tools, and supplies to support plant operations.This position reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in our Franklin, NH location.First Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m.

3:30 p.m. (over time as needed on front end of shift)Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceivingPicking per proceduresPackaging and shippingScanner OperationProvide a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chainPerform physical inventories when requiredFork and/or Reach truck operationsMachine, Assembly and other duties as assigned by SupervisorRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations.Proficient math skills and basic computer skills for performing inventory transactions.Ability to read, write, and understand English.Physical capability to occasionally stand, sit, use hands to handle, feel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test, including for marijuana.Ensure company policies are followedEnforce company safety policiesPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.General Applicable Company CompetenciesCommitment to Watts' values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.Punctuality and dependability.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.Adherence to Watts' seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.Working ConditionsWhile performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Distribution Center location in Franklin, NH. Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.
