Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors.The Material Handler position is responsible for various aspects of the distribution center processing and receiving, fulfillment, and shipping of product and inventory management.This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is based out of our Olathe, KS location.As the Material Handler you will have an opportunity to:Perform various warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, packaging and shipping of customer ordersPerform cycle counts on inventoriesEnsure a neat/ clean environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in a proper mannerComply with all safety proceduresUse a handheld scanner and other distribution related IT equipmentYou have:Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of distribution functionsMust have sound judgment and reasonabilityWillingness to work flexible hours and shiftsEffective communication skills with all co-workers and ability to maintain a high attention to detailAbility to perform additional duties as requiredYou might have:1-2 years related experience preferred, RF experiencePay Range:Starting Hourly Rate: $17.50The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!
