Material Handler ITransform technology products into business growth areas for our customers.Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.Responsibilities:Loads and off loads pallets from trailersMoves materials to production and/or other locations as requiredPackaging/unpacking material as needed.Ability to operate a pallet jack and/or forklift safelyReceives, matches, inspects verifies and enters NCR's into DOA logsInforms ICBTO DOA coordinator when DOA materials are ready for drop offMakes the material transfer for replacements within other building locationsEnters quality data into shop floor systemIdentifies and resolves any discrepancies in the DOA log with the WH DOA coordinatorCommunicate any discrepancies or shortage/overage to the supervisor/leadAssist gate keepers with material movement as requiredServe as a link between quality, engineering, program management and manufacturingPrepare daily documentation and reports of progressExamines items for defects, wear or damageReports information to WHS managerMaintains records of damaged stockMaintains records of damaged material-handling equipmentAny other task assignedRequirements:Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 poundsAbility to stand for a prolonged periodMust be able to effectively work within a team environmentCommunicate and can follow verbal/written directionsFrequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, and reaching requiredEmployees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
