We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.Description of Duties and Job ResponsibilitiesTake various materials, parts and assemblies from parts warehouse or other staging locations to their points by use of pallet jacks and other warehouse equipmentLocate, pull, and provide specified materials and/or items as needed by work cells and assemblersMaintains department replenishment systems (Kanban)Perform scanning functions in the ERP system for receiving productComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededMinimum QualificationsNo minimum education requiredNo prior experience requiredCapable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and sit upAbility to use hand to finger, handle, or feelAbility to climb or balanceAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawlAbility to reach with hands and armsAbility to talk or hearPreferred QualificationsProven experience as order picker or other warehouse positionExperience in handling pallet jacks and other warehouse equipmentThe pay range for this position is $17.93 - $25.76/hr.
Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
