Material HandlerThe Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Material Handler responsible for receiving, shipping, and handling raw materials, packaging, and finished goods as they enter or leave the facility, including transfers within the site. Pay is $19.52 phr with 1.00 dollar shift differential. You will work onsite at the Huron, Ohio Plant on a 2nd Shift from 3PM to 11PM Monday through Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesMove finished goods from production line to shipping or warehouse storageReceive and put away inventory using SAP processesLoad/unload trucks and support production material flowOperate forklifts, & automated packaging equipmentInspect product for defects and ensure quality standardsMaintain accurate records using RF scanners and computer systemsStage materials and keep filling lines stockedMaintain clean work area and perform basic equipment checksRequirementsMust be 18 years of age; High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious material handling or forklift experience preferredBasic computer skills and ability to learn SAP systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
