Join us as we continue to build the future of intelligent cooling solutions.Purpose of the Role:We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler is responsible for assisting with the receiving, storage, movement, and distribution of materials within the facility. This position supports daily warehouse and production operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn material handling procedures and equipment.Key job responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or delivery documentsLoad, unload, move, and stack materials manually or using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucksStore materials in designated locations and maintain proper labeling and organizationPick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or damagesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaAssist with cycle counts and inventory auditsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse staff, and production teamsSafely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentMaintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; ensures inventory is in the right storage locationsParticipates and supports our company's continuous improvement program; supports other tasks as assignedPerforms other related duties as assigned.We'd love to hear from people with:High School Diploma or GED1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics; experience in operating material handling equipment preferredCertification to ride forklift truck preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic math and counting abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityCommitment to workplace safety and proper handling proceduresAbility to meet physical job requirements, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movementWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if requiredAIRSYS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
