Team LeadReporting to the designated Production Shift Supervisor, the Team Lead supports all production departments to ensure efficient workflow, quality product output, and adherence to safety and production schedules. This role involves ensuring correct materials are available to operators to maintain a smooth workflow throughout the production areas.Job Duties:Prioritize production flow and track orders to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Maximize machine usage hours.Monitor work progress, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate status updates to management.Support 5S activitiesProvide hands-on support and training to operators as needed.Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce scrap.Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability.Skills and Qualifications:A solid understanding of manufacturing practices.Ability to accurately read a tape measure, both standard and metric.Heavy lifting involved; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Benefits once hired In!Health InsuranceDental Insurance401KLife InsurancePaid HolidaysPTOBonuses*This is a drug-free workplace.
