Key Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, ship, and build pallets for outbound orders
- Assist with outbound warehouse operations
- Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for shipment or production
- Perform basic data entry in CTDI systems using a PC
- Put away and pull equipment and/or parts
- Meet or exceed daily production goals (80% or higher)
- Maintain quality and accuracy standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Perform tasks in a high-speed, high-volume environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to navigate basic computer applications (MS Office or similar)
- Reliable attendance and ability to work full shift schedule
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Safety shoes not required
- Warehouse / distribution environment
- Fast-paced, production-driven setting
