Material HandlerQuality Enclosures Material Handlers play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and shipping operations. This role includes receiving incoming materials, staging product for production, loading outbound shipments, and safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.Primary ResponsibilitiesReceive and unload incoming materials and productsVerify shipments and report discrepanciesStage and distribute materials for production and transfer ordersMaintain neat and accurate inventoryLoad outgoing shipments and secure materials properlyOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safelyMaintain inventory records and assist with cycle countsFollow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organizedAssist with additional warehouse or production duties as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentWarehouse or manufacturing experience requiredAt least 1 year of regular forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing settingAbility to read work orders, labels, and measurementsBasic math, computer, and data entry skillsAbility to work safely with limited supervisionPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift, move, push, and pull materials with or without assistanceAbility to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequentlyFrequent standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbingWork is performed primarily in a non-air-conditioned warehouse or manufacturing environmentExposure to varying temperatures, industrial noise, and moving equipmentExposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils & materialsPersonal Protective Equipment requiredBenefitsCompetitive pay with growth opportunitiesPaid holidays and paid time off including a your birthdayComprehensive benefits packageRetirement plan with company matchThis job description includes, but is not limited to, the duties and responsibilities listed above.
