Job Summary: Responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials throughout the facility. This position requires forklift operation, accurate material handling, and a valid driver's license.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers using a forklift.
• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Verify quantities, labels, and materials against work orders or shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material locations.
• Supply production lines with materials as needed.
• Perform receiving, shipping, and material staging duties.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid, current driver's license required.
• Previous forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down or other applicable powered industrial truck.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
