This position also performs secondary operations for the dept. as needed.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize 2nd floor raw material storage areaPrepares raw materials for daily production runsReview pending job orders to determine type and quantity of materials needed for pending jobsWeigh and measure materials and colorants using scalesResponsible for issuing all materials used post job completionOperate as a team player to assist in meeting department goalsOperate pneumatic tubing cutter to cut off-line jobsPerforms secondary cutting and packaging of tubingAssist operators when needed in collecting tubingAble to measure critical tubing dimensions such as: I.D., O.D.
and lengthResponsible for periodic cycle counting of all raw materialsOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience RequirementsEntry level position, 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferableSkills and AbilitiesRole: Fast learner, ability to be coached and a willingness to growResponsibility: Assignments are received in task oriented terms from direct supervisor.Scope: Receives pre-determined work assignments with specific instructions.
