The work involves performing manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data. This includes receiving incoming materials or preparing materials for shipment, verifying quantity, weight, and conformance of materials, preparing records of materials shipped and bills of lading, and routing materials to destinations. Additionally, you may lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment.

Basic qualifications include knowledge of SAP, 1 or more years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment, ability to operate hand tools, forklift, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently, strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and must be able to bend and lift minimum of 30lbs. This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Desired skills include extensive working knowledge of SAP, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, strong desire for continuous learning, and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
