Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (4 days on, 4 days off)
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4 nights on, 4 days off)
- Ensure products are produced according to food safety and quality standards.
- Report food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Inspect equipment before and during operation and report any issues.
- Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipment.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when cleaning or servicing equipment.
- Verify product labels and lot codes are accurate.
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.
- Load and unload soybeans, meal, oil, chemicals, and other products.
- Read scales, collect samples, and accurately weigh materials.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support outdoor work and seasonal facility maintenance as needed.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, food production, agriculture, or industrial experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Must be dependable with good attendance.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
- Forklift, skid steer, pay loader, or similar equipment experience is a plus.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and other physical tasks.
