We provide fully integrated design-build services to our clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination.
Summary: The Material Handler Coordinator is responsible for overseeing material deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe working environment. In this role, you will manage the MDR / MDO process and ensure records are updated accordingly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Receive material delivery order (MDO) from engineering teams and verify MDO for accuracy and availability.
  • Generate shipping packet and distribute to Shipping foreman.
  • Ensure orders are signed upon delivery, ensures confirmation of receipt.
  • Assist with delivery resource planning.
  • Close MDO tasks in the warehouse management system once deliveries are made rectifying inventory.
  • File completed MDOs in internal system (WASP/Jovix) for visibility.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by entering data into inventory management systems. Perform regular inventory audit counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete and maintain required paperwork, such as receiving reports, MDR/MDO, inventory logs, and shipping documents.
  • Provide regular updates on material handling activities and inventory status to the supervisor.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
  • Daily reporting.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in material management and/or warehousing.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of the supply chain process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to use inventory management software, such as Spectrum, WASP, and Jovix.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, and highly organized.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
  • Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office) and warehouse.
Language Proficiency:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.

  • Maintain balance and coordination while moving materials or operating equipment.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments requiring frequent movement and manual labor.
Work Environment:
  • Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical equipment.
  • Indoor and/or outdoor work environments, which may include varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or active job sites, depending on project requirements.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
  • Interaction with powered industrial equipment, tools, and vehicles.
