Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Devens, MA | Onsite Shift: 7 AM- 7 PM (12-hour shift on a rotating schedule) Hourly Pay Range $ /hour – and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $ / per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Week 1- Sun, Wed, Thurs Week 2- Mon, Tues, Fri, SatEssential Duties And Responsibilities:Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas using pallet jacks and forklifts. Transport materials in and out of the airlock to support cleanroom manufacturing operations.
Monitor and replenish resin levels on production machines to ensure continuous operation. Use an RF scanner to complete inventory transactions, material transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy. Wrap, stage, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment. Perform material movements including stock transfers, floor replenishment, and warehouse organization. Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards. Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and safety regulations.Requirements:Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a shift.
