The successful individual will be responsible for executing a range of responsibilities including management of material movement, warehouse replenishment, packaging of material for shipment, and order picking. The individual in this role will work directly with the inventory team to supply materials to the production environment as directed.

Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving for an 8 hour shift, and well organized.Primary Responsibilities:Load and unload pallets for shelf storage of productsManual shelf replenishment from backstockAssist with picking of required production materialsLoad/Unload trucks as neededEngage a forklift or pallet jack to move products as neededAssist with packaging of material for shipmentReceive and distribution of inventoryCycle counting of inventory as neededAct as a back-up for other positions as needed during absencesAdditional responsibilities added as neededThe successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:Understanding of batch and serialized products a plusUnderstanding of BOMs a plusAbility to work without constant supervisionAbility to self-directBasic computer skillsFlexibility and creative thinkingAbility to stand, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for 8+ hours a dayForklift certification or ability to become certifiedAbility to work a pallet jackSkills and Qualifications:High school DiplomaAutomotive related background, a plus2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment1+ years of experience in traditional manufacturing, a plusWorking knowledge of ERP systems requiredDemonstrated ability in identifying and implementing structure in otherwise flexible/fluid operationsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to persist and succeed with cross-functional communication within scope of responsibilityStrong written and oral communication skills.Must have independent problem-solving skills and the discipline to follow-up and follow-through until problems are resolvedAll applicants must apply via the Hendrick Motorsports website.This role subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements and as such, U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or U.S. Person Status Required.Hendrick is an Equal Opportunity employer.
