• Ability to bend, lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 30-40 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a secure, sensitive archive environment (no smoking)
• Willingness to complete required background screening and drug testing
Must be able to commit to the duration of the project, including the holiday season (committed to 40 hour work weeks without upcoming trips / staying local through the holidays)

Job Description
We are seeking dependable Archive Material Handlers to support a large-scale archival inventory and relocation project for an information management client. This role involves handling, organizing, packing, moving, and tracking archived materials in a secure and sensitive environment. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, physically capable of performing repetitive lifting and movement of archival assets, and committed to maintaining productivity and accuracy throughout the project.
This project will span the holiday season and requires individuals who can commit through the end of the year. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, follows instructions well, maintains a great attitude, and can consistently perform physical work in a team environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Move, organize, pack, and prepare archival materials for transportation
• Handle sensitive inventory while following established procedures and workflows
• Lift, carry, bend, and move materials weighing up to 30-40 lbs.
• Assist with pallet preparation and shipment support activities
• Follow inventory control and asset-handling processes
• Maintain organized workspaces and ensure accurate material placement
• Work collaboratively with project leadership and team members
• Remain productive with minimal supervision while meeting project timelines
• Adhere to all safety, security, and site-specific requirements
Compensation:
$22/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
