Material HandlerBaxter Springs, KSCompensation IncludesStarting Pay Rate of $17.43 - 21.53/hourAvailable Shift3rd: 11pm - 7am, Sunday - ThursdayOverviewLoad, unload, move, and track raw materials and/or finished goods in compliance with Safety Programs and Quality Assurance Systems to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.ResponsibilitiesPull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi-stop loadsUnload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished GoodsUnload, stage, and receive Raw MaterialsTransfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production areaComplete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished GoodsCollect recyclable and non-recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedureMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionComplete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & proceduresActively engage in safety programsPerform other duties as assigned or neededQualificationsAt least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center; experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferredCommitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplaceQuality-conscious, oriented to excellenceStrong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy levelRecord of dependability & reliabilityWillingness to work overtime as neededCompany BenefitsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
