Warehouse Associate / Sit-Down Forklift OperatorPay: $15.27 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storing, and transporting raw materials and finished goods. Candidates must have verified sit-down forklift experience and be able to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive, ship, and store raw materials and finished goods.Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift.Transport materials between loading docks, storage areas, and production locations.Review shipments for accuracy and inspect materials for quality.Secure loads using protective materials and strapping equipment.Stack and organize drums, pallets, skids, and warehouse supplies.Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.Ensure timely movement of materials based on production and shipping schedules.Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.QualificationsMinimum one (1) year of verified sit-down forklift experience required.Must successfully complete a forklift practical evaluation prior to hire.Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment.Basic math and written communication skills.Ability to lift, move, and transport warehouse materials safely.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
