Material Handler 2Pay Rate: $22.50/hrCategory/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday – Friday)Physical Location: 5505 SW Western Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97005The Job You Will Perform:Handle and maintain the flow of materials throughout the plantComplete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report (or VCR)Complete and submit load sheet to accurately record bale count, loading start/stop times for finished goods on outbound shipmentsFollow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag out procedureAssist with sorting, deboxing and moving pallets/materials on the plant floorAssist with removing finished bales and storing them in the proper locationLoad and unload trailersComplete PMs for all certified mobile equipment regularlyAttend and participate in plant safety meetingsManage controllable costs through proper equipment, tool and consumable usageReport any safety or maintenance concernsAdhere to plant policies and guidelinesOther duties may be assignedThe Skills You Will Bring:Must be 18 years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United StatesWillingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as neededAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read, write and speak English fluentlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
