We are committed to quality, performance, and building strong teams while proudly living by our Core Values: Customer Focus, Passion for Performance, and Right People – Best Teams.Position SummaryWe are currently looking for a 1st shift Material Handler to join our Roseville, MN location.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare all shipments as required, including wrapping skids, loading/unloading trucks, UPS tracking devices, etc.Transfer any materials as required, either manually or with the use of available equipment.Use organization skills to enable other personnel to locate materials/products when necessary.Receive finished goods, pick and package customer orders if shipping needs assistance, stock replenishment activities, wrap skids, use a forklift to move material and products to the proper location, and load and unload trucks.Pick orders as directed.Assist wherever else directed within any warehouse.Responsible for general cleanliness within work area.Additional duties will include other projects that may be assigned as needed.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent2-5 years of varied material movement experience preferredBasic computer knowledgeExcellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership teamEpicor / Kinetic experience preferredPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the missionFlexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systemsLake Air Products Offers:Competitive PayFull Benefits401(k) Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday PayGym ReimbursementTuition ReimbursementPlease note that if this position is located in our Roseville, MN facility, it may be subject to export control regulation.
