Material Handler (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch (11:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- No weekends required
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- Pay increase upon permanent hire
- Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment
- Package graphite and carbon products into:
- 50 lb bags
- 2,000 lb super sacks
- Perform material handling and production support duties
- Ensure products are packaged accurately and safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Industrial manufacturing and packaging facility
- Dusty, heavy-soil environment due to graphite and carbon products
- Physical role requiring regular lifting and movement of materials
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Steel-toe boots required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Onsite facility walkthrough required prior to starting
- 7-year background check required
- No drug test required
