The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and that products are handled with care and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently move materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse.Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually as needed.Ensure accurate inventory management by labeling and organizing stock, and conducting regular cycle counts.Inspect incoming materials for damage and report any issues to supervisors.Assist with order picking, packaging, and staging materials for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not required.Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training available if needed).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.
