Whether you're looking to advance your career within production or explore opportunities in other areas of the company, we support you to reach your full potential.In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Perform tasks in IFS to pull correct raw materials and deliver to proper line/location on production floorKeep production lines stocked with the required amount of product so they do not go downEnsure all materials are properly labeled, maintaining traceability before delivery to the production floorEscalates material shortage situations as they occur on linePlacement of raw material in proper location within warehouseResponsible for taking trash, recycling material to assigned area during and at the end of the shiftMRB product is labeled prior to placing in cageConsolidate materials properly as assignedComplete all necessary paperwork in a complete and accurate manner, necessary transactions complete and accurate within IFSWork with inventory team, supervisors or team leaders on any discrepancies not able to resolve.Assist in hand unloading overseas containersOperate Hi Lo, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery in a safe manner always. Attends proper safety training sessions as required and wears PPE in designated areasTrained on all applicable work instructions and performs work as specified in the documents.Proactively participate in Kaizen events and creates a culture of continuous improvementProactively solves problems within own work areaMay be assigned to more complex tasks, as needed, to facilitate cross training and to cover department needsUtilizes downtime properlyOvertime and weekend work are frequently requiredWhat you need to succeed in this position:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Six months related experience and/or training.Ability to do basic to intermediate mathematical operations as part of daily workProficient in verbal and written communication with the ability to read and understand work instructions in EnglishAbility to obtain Hi lo and order picker certification per OSHA standardsMust have a positive attitude while maintaining flexibilityCertified in GDP, IFS and Radley use, green badge and signoffs. Properly issues, un-issues using RadleyQuantity discrepancies or quality issues are to be immediately reported to the supervisor or team leaderCommunicate professionally to teammates when updates are needed regarding material prioritiesMaintains 6S work environment – cleanliness and organizationListen actively and takes direction from supervisor / team leader regarding daily work prioritiesAbility to work with minimal supervisionAlways follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
