Material Handler – 1st ShiftPay: $17.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Fort Worth, TX 76177Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment while ensuring inventory accuracy, quality standards, and compliance with shipping requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products against purchase orders and shipping documents.Inspect pallets and shipments for accuracy, condition, and compliance with shipping requirements.Cut, wrap, package, and secure products to prevent damage during transport.Organize and stage materials for production and outbound shipments.Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.Assist with warehouse organization, including labeling, stocking, cleaning, and storing materials.Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Work EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse environment.Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.Consistent adherence to safety procedures and company policies is required.
