Material Handler 1 - 2nd Shift - Plating OperationsAndover, MA, US, 01810 Job Function: Operations Req ID: 2134With some supervision, performs Material Handling duties within the 3DI business unit that pertains to the Logistics Department.- Logistics is responsible for transacting all product into and out of the 3DI plating work center- Transfer materials from the incoming rack, into fixtures and placing them into carts to move to the next operation. Verifying panels are transacted properly, and are secured into the fixtures.- Visually inspecting all incoming and outgoing product for compliance to acceptability specifications.- Transacting panels through multiple stages of the Plating operations.- Chemical handlingo Responsible for moving chemicals to and from stock locationo Manage the inventory on all chemicals and consumableso Perform daily and weekly cycle countso Move material to and from stock locationsEducation / Qualifications• Previous experience with scanning and tracking systems is preferred• 1 year of Material Handling experience is preferred• High School Diploma or equivalent• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions• Candidate should possess good computer skills including email through Outlook and have the ability to learn SAP• Visual product inspection experience is required• Per OSHA guidelines, be able to lift up to 50lbs. with assistance.• Strong attention to detail is an absolute requirementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
