Job Title: Material Flow Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize material flow processes within manufacturing operations.
- Develop material delivery strategies to support production requirements and minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain material flow layouts using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient movement of materials.
- Support new product launches, plant modifications, and capacity expansion projects.
- Conduct material flow simulations, bottleneck analyses, and process improvement studies.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor inventory flow and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing .
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD .
Experience with material flow planning, plant logistics, and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting manufacturing launch activities is preferred.
