About the Role
The Expediting position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
Responsibilities
* Administration, monitoring and tracking of major equipment, minor equipment and bulk materials per the terms and conditions of purchase order and maintain schedule.
* Expediting of supplier data working and assisting engineering to ensure timely submittal and return of documents to maintain schedule.
* Setting up and conducting meetings with project team and suppliers.
* Maintaining detailed files and records for each purchase order.
* Updating and maintaining the expediting status report, using the Integrated Project Management System (IPMS) and using Documentum to monitor and track the status of data and drawings.
* Assisting construction on Overages, shortages, damaged, and quarantined equipment.
* Assisting accounts payable confirming milestones have been met for
