In this role, you'll help ensure materials are accurately picked, staged, and delivered to production on time while supporting efficient material flow throughout the facility. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Material Coordinator:Coordinate daily picking, kitting, and staging activities to support production schedulesEnsure materials are accurately pulled, prepared, and available when production requires themMonitor kit readiness, material availability, and staging status while communicating potential risksServe as the primary materials contact for production-floor requests and material shortagesComplete inventory transactions, transfers, and material movements within Epicor ERPProvide daily guidance and support to Material Handlers and kitting personnelMaintain safe, organized staging areas while supporting 5S and continuous improvement effortsWhat You Need to Bring to the Material Coordinator:High school diploma or GED required3+ years of warehouse, materials management, inventory control, manufacturing support, or related experienceStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periodsAbility to safely work around forklifts, warehouse traffic, and manufacturing equipmentWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
