ProLogistix is seeking a Material Coordinator III to join a growing team in Monroe, WA. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and timely replenishment to support production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, warehouse experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM start
• Pay range: $26–$31/hr

Responsibilities

• Material handling: Receive, label, store, and distribute materials to production areas.
• Inventory management: Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Production support: Deliver materials on time to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in materials coordination, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
