Material Control AnalystTo accurately provide inventory information for company-controlled material stock. This position is responsible for all the functions that support the flow of materials from inventory to the production line. This position has been identified as "safety sensitive" by thyssenkrupp under applicable laws in the state of Washington. Accordingly, any application for this position that is considered for employment with thyssenkrupp requires successful completion of pre-employment drug testing, which may include testing for marijuana in accordance with any applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to any such laws in the state of Washington.Key Accountabilities for Material Control Analyst:Create and maintain regular material control reports for managementUpdates inventory management systemTracks part number adjustmentsUpdates and monitors inventory adjustmentsEnters cycle count resultsDevelops part to part transfersAssign location in inventory for incoming materialsInvestigates inventory error and location/assignment errorsAssist in internal and external material auditsMaintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all workParticipate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Lean initiatives and requirementsComplete all job duties in a manner that does not put him/herself or other individuals in an unsafe situation and wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when requiredAssist in any other duties to support the operations, as requested by supervisor or managerMeets all other TKMNA employee attributes and competenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
