Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.As a Material Associate at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain and inventory strategy. This role will support supply chain planning, procurement, and production tasks for goods and services necessary to deliver flight hardware to orbit.
This role will also support the inbound, inventory management, and outbound processing of all production materials. This role requires someone who wants to dig in, improve processes, and own material and service requirements through delivery. We are looking for a reliable problem solver, someone who can demonstrate the ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.Accurately pick/kit aerospace parts and components from inventory locations in support of manufacturingUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems to log inbound product receiptsOperate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materialsAssist in maintaining accurate inventory records by cycle counts and ADHOC auditsProcess outbound freight shipment including loading and completing supporting shipping documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within all warehousing areasAdhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulationsManage lineside production inventory ensuring manufacturing stock levels are always metAssist in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by Supply Chain leadershipRequires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g.
G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical educationMinimum of 3+ years within a warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or material handling roleExperience in the aerospace or similar highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plusUnderstanding of Hazardous Goods (HAZMAT) shipping, storage, and handlingAbility to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and product specificationsStrong computer proficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management softwareAbility to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periodsBase Salary: $25-$32 per hourEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.Work Location —Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs.
