The High-Level Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
- Hourly compensation , which varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance, range from $33.80- $90.00
- Production-based incentive compensation , which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
- Retention-based incentive compensation , which may be earned based on hours produced
