By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to align forecasts with production capabilities.Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working with production planning and material control.Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to maintain schedule adherence.Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and update scheduling data effectively.Generate reports on schedule performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health.Recommended Qualifications5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.Proven ability to utilize advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software or ERP systems for complex scheduling.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material flow, and capacity planning.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize schedules and mitigate disruptions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with production, supply chain, and sales teams.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.Bonus QualificationsAdditional certifications or trainingJob Titles That Should ApplyProduction Scheduler, Master Production Scheduler, Supply Chain Planner, Demand Planner, Materials Planner, Inventory Planner, Production Planner, Logistics Scheduler, Operations Scheduler, Senior SchedulerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
