Master SchedulerThe Master Scheduler will provide schedules for the facility which supports customer demand while ensuring that the facility is able to meet the schedules within their capacity constraints. Posted position does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation.Essential ResponsibilitiesThorough knowledge of scheduling to master schedule product through the facilityThorough knowledge of planned revenue calculations based on sales forecast (expected bookings), existing master schedule and Percentage Of Completion (POC) schedulesCreate, manage and communicate monthly, quarterly and yearly production plans including revenue projectionsManage and adjust master schedule to meet Company objectives of revenue for monthly, quarterly and yearly projectionsAttend in house and outside training sessionsAttend local professional associationsLearn policies and procedures, work instruction, ISO policies, Safety Rules and Regulations, and vendor productsPerform other related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED. BBA or BS degree preferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing / assembly environmentMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a material ordering, supplier relations, and schedule managementMust have P6/Primavera scheduling software experienceSkills, Abilities, and Other RequirementsP6/Primavera software ExperiencePossess a thorough knowledge of master scheduling of a finished product with multiple levels of process required to reach the finished stageAbility to identify areas of opportunity and areas of concern regarding production plan versus planned capacityAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical skillsGood oral and written communication skillsGood organization skillsMust be responsible and dependableMust have demonstrated excellent leadership skillsWorking EnvironmentThe employee typically performs duties in both a manufacturing shop and in a normal office environment. There will be exposure to the elements of our shop.
