Our aspiration is to provide packaging solutions that customers and end-consumers feel great about using.Essential Job Functions:Manage the full cross-functional project portfolioMaintain a real-time view of project health, milestones, blockers, and risksBuild and maintain the master project tracker — structured, searchable, and always currentCreate executive-ready status reporting for project portfolioOperating CadenceOwn project update meetings and steering committee meetingsPartner with the CoS to translate strategic decisions into actionable workplans with clear owners and timelinesRun post-mortem and lessons-learned cadences on completed strategic initiativesStakeholder CoordinationInterface directly with project managers from each function and the leadership team to track dependencies and clear blockersFlag risks and conflicts proactively — never reactivelyPrepare briefing materials, project summaries, and executive updatesSystems & ToolsOwn and continuously improve the project management frameworkDrive adoption of project management toolsBuild reporting templates, RACI frameworks, and project intake processesQualificationsEducation and Experience:7+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced, complex environmentProven ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ballMastery of Monday.com, Jira and/or similar enterprise project management toolsExperience in a strategy, or Operations function is a strong plusPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred but not requiredExceptional written and verbal communication — you make the complex feel simpleA bias for clarity, action, and accountability — in yourself and othersPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 15 pounds unassistedProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computerThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount TemperPack is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Richmond, VA: $100,000 - $130,000 for Master Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis.
