Master Plumber / Field Operations ManagerblueFrog Plumbing + Drain of the Main Line is looking for an experienced Master Plumber / Field Operations Manager to help lead, support, and grow our residential plumbing service team. This is a hybrid role for someone who is comfortable both in the field and in leadership. The right person will spend a meaningful portion of their time running service calls, completing work, training technicians, riding along, supporting jobs remotely, and helping ownership improve day-to-day operations.
