Master PlannerWe are seeking a Master Planner to join our manufacturing plant team! Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional skills will be instrumental in orchestrating production schedules and coordinating activities for peak efficiency and productivity. Working closely with various departments, you'll craft comprehensive production plans, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation to meet customer demands and production targets.

If you excel under pressure, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have a background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities:Review and analyze customer releases to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirementsInvestigate and resolve release discrepancies or variation issuesValidate Customer ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices) for completeness and accuracyIdentify and correct EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) errorsManage and resolve outdated or unjustified demand in the systemDevelop and maintain accurate production schedulesCoordinate daily and weekly shipment schedules to meet customer expectationsIdentify and resolve discrepancies with 830/Delfor accumulative forecastsMonitor and maintain accuracy of customer online systems and portalsReview and adjust production plans (BTS) to align with current requirementsOversee inventory balance, investigate claims, and ensure proper stock levels of finished goodsManage new parent item setups in the systemMaintain and review shipping calendars to align with production and logistics schedulesReview work center calendars to support resource and capacity planningReview employee work calendars to ensure alignment with production needsMaintain and adjust shift setup to optimize production efficiencyKeep customer contact lists updated to ensure seamless communicationMinimum Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2+ years of manufacturing environment experienceKnowledge of OEM portalsKnowledge of scheduling skills of finish good.Who We AreMotus Integrated Technologies is a dynamic, half-billion-dollar global leader in manufacturing high-quality headliners, interior trim, and fiber solution products for the automotive industry.
