They will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.Minimum Qualifications:US CitizenshipBachelor's degree plus a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool (primary tool - hands-on experience required)Microsoft Project (secondary)Milestones ProfessionalCradle-to-grave IMS development - building a schedule from SOW to completion, not just maintaining oneCritical Path MethodologyDesired Qualifications:Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical productExperience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functionsExperience with EVM (Earned Value Management)This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
