Master Planner II - Sterling Heights MiJob DescriptionBAE Systems' Combat Mission Systems Master Planning & Scheduling group is seeking a Master Planner to support the team as a trusted business partner within the Program Management function.

Responsibilities include developing compliant program schedules, establishing and updating plans and schedules for program decision-making, creating and maintaining complex program plans and schedules, working closely with Program Managers and other stakeholders, preparing regular updates and reports, monitoring progress, analyzing schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and requirements.Auto req ID: BRMinimum Education Required: High School/GEDJob Category: OperationsAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesRequired Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in a Business related discipline with 2+ years related experience or equivalent education/experience. Experience with Acumen Fuse, Acumen Risk, Milestones Pro, Oracle, and/or Cobra.

Experience with program schedule forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense of Defense (DoD) program environment. Thorough understanding of US DoD schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements. Proven track record of developing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
