Seeking highly accomplished physicians, the part-time Master Physician Advisor will provide strategic, high-level advising to pre-medical and medical students throughout the medical school and residency application processes, dedicating 20+ hours per week to mentoring and supporting future physicians. Key responsibilities Serve as a senior advisor to pre-medical students applying to medical school and medical students applying to residency Conduct comprehensive one-on-one advising sessions focused on application strategy, career planning, and professional development Participate in webinars and educational content creation while serving as a subject matter expert for the advising program Required qualifications MD degree from an accredited U.S. medical school Successful completion of an accredited U.S. residency training program Significant experience on a medical school admissions committee and/or residency selection committee Minimum of two years of advising, mentoring, or teaching experience Deep understanding of the AMCAS application process and knowledge of ERAS and NRMP Match processes
