You will conduct assessments, design customized programs, support trainer development, and contribute to business growth through client relationships, referrals, and community engagement.
This role combines hands-on coaching, leadership, and business development to help grow both our clients' success and the GYMGUYZ brand throughout the Austin area.ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-home and on-site personal training sessions for clients of varying ages, fitness levels, and goalsConduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ AppDesign personalized exercise programs tailored to each client's needs and objectivesTrack client progress and modify programming as needed to ensure resultsMaintain exceptional client service and retentionTravel to client locations throughout the service areaMaintain accurate scheduling, session notes, and client records within company systemsServe as a role model and resource for fellow trainersMentor and support trainers in program design, client communication, and service deliveryHelp maintain training quality standards across the teamAssist with onboarding and development of new trainers as neededBuild rapport with prospective clients during assessmentsSupport assessment conversion and client retention goalsPromote the GYMGUYZ brand within the communityParticipate in local networking, referral-building, and marketing initiativesIdentify opportunities to grow business relationships and community partnershipsQualificationsNationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent)Current CPR/AED CertificationMinimum 3 years of personal training experienceDemonstrated success helping clients achieve measurable resultsExperience mentoring, leading, or supporting other trainers preferredStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsSales, assessment, or business development experience preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to travel throughout the Greater Austin service areaAbout GYMGUYZWe're the nation's leader in mobile personal training — a brand built on flexibility, results, and teamwork.
