This position recommends, develops, and/or implements process improvements and data management strategies.Key Objectives And Responsibilities:Manage the analysis, design, and documentation of the integration of SAP Master Data into new business processes.Oversee the identification and definition of business and/or product requirements, which includes managing the transition of requirements and use cases to the developers.Manage the identification, development, and implementation of test scenarios, test scripts, and user acceptance training.Analyze Master Data and recommend, develop, and/or implement process improvements and Master Data Management strategies.Partner with change management team to develop and evaluate training communications, curricula, and materials, and train end users.Manage assigned staff.Other duties as assigned.Required Education/Experiences:Bachelor's degree in a technical or business disciplineMinimum 7 years of related experience with SAP Data AnalystExperience with SAP S/4 MDGPreferred Education/Experiences:Management experience preferredCompetencies:Organizing requirements using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/validationBreaking down high-level information into details and abstracting low-level informationPrioritizing requirementsIdentifying risksStrong organization and prioritization skills required to meet strict deadlinesAbility to multi-taskBuilding relationships and working collaborativelyDeveloping structured user manuals and trainingPreparing and executing acceptance test plansStrong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience working in SAPDemonstration of Calumet Values – Safety, Environment & Social Responsibility, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion for Customers, and ExcellenceSalary and benefits commensurate with experience.
