To enhance the efficiency of the procure to pay process, the full-time Master Data Coordinator will manage the setup, maintenance, and quality of master data in key systems while working in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the Indianapolis, IN or Charlotte, NC regions. Key responsibilities Execute process improvements for the master data process and maintain data quality through regular audits and cleansing activities Gather and verify information for master data requests, collaborating with suppliers and internal customers as needed Support internal customers with master data issues, providing guidance on best practices for data requests and updates Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in purchasing or supply chain Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric mentality Ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively communicate across all functions
