Master Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Uniontown, OH (Candidate must be local to Northeast Ohio)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Master Data Analyst:
- Maintain, validate, and govern master data records across ERP and business systems.
- Analyze data trends, inconsistencies, and quality issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support business decision-making.
- Support ERP system enhancements, data migrations, and process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and document data standards, procedures, and governance practices.
Qualifications for the Master Data Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, master data management, or ERP administration within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and process improvement methodologies.
