Providing high-quality telehealth services, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Virtual Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions during evening hours remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy Required qualifications A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Valid MA independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent (LICSW/LMHC) Demonstrated experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed Comfort and competence with technology, including navigating HIPAA-compliant video platforms and EMRs
