Seeking a full-time Massachusetts Licensed Training Coordinator, this hybrid role will implement a suicide prevention training program across Massachusetts, focusing on Essex and Middlesex Counties, while facilitating training sessions, conducting outreach, and managing data collection. Key responsibilities Conduct two-hour and four-hour suicide prevention training sessions for various community cohorts Ensure compliance with contract requirements regarding training goals and participant satisfaction Manage marketing and outreach efforts to recruit training participants and host sites Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of experience in suicide prevention or a related field Knowledge of suicide prevention concepts, risk factors, and mental health Previous experience as a trainer with strong community engagement skills Cultural competency to effectively work with diverse populations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools
