To support a growing virtual outpatient clinical practice, a part-time Massachusetts Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a supportive care team in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Massachusetts Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
